Aptitude testing is for anyone over the age of 16. Students headed to college or vocational careers, college students choosing majors, graduates evaluating career moves, employees making a change or considering retraining, and professionals on the move - all can benefit from the insights gained from Natural Gifts & More™ career programme. The Achievement Discoveries aptitude process is unique. It is very unlikely that you or someone close to you has experienced these worksamples in a school or counselling situation. These are performance-based worksamples, not usual “tests.” We ask you to perform a series of tasks, not a series of questions. We also examine your personality and discuss with you how it fits with your aptitudes in the choices you may be facing. The third area we examine is your interests, we all need to have a strong like for the work we are doing. Come experience Achievement Discoveries natural gifts testing. The testing session is about three hours, this is followed by a summary session a few days later. During the summary session you will sit down you and discuss i) each individual aptitude test, ii) your pattern of aptitudes, iii) Your Personality, iv) vocabulary results, and v) areas of interest.
